As a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) and Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), I help sellers understand their home’s true market value, especially in a shifting economy where thoughtful pricing and positioning matter more than ever. I am known for creating tailored marketing strategies that help homes stand out in a competitive market, with a strong emphasis on staging, professional photography, and polished presentation that captures buyer attention from the start. Outside of real estate, I enjoy horseback riding and paddleboarding along the Rappahannock River.
