About Kevin

After a career in the building supply business, Kevin jumped into the world of local real estate in 2000, and over the last two decades has excelled as a Realtor, Brokerage Owner, Managing Broker, & Past President, Board Member, and Educator at the Fredericksburg Area Association of Realtors. He has lived locally in the Fredericksburg area since 1993, is married to the love of his life, Barbara Castillo McGrath, and though he and Barbara are now empty nesters, except for their unemployed & free-loading dog Casey, they are excited to spend time with their 9 children & 3 grandchildren.
