What’s up! My name is Jay Parrish, and I’m an Associate Broker with Coldwell Banker Elite. I have a deep connection to Northern Virginia, where I was born and raised. I graduated from the University of Mary Washington with a degree in Business Administration and decided to stay in Fredericksburg, where I have lived for more than 15 years. Fredericksburg is a beautiful place to live and work, with its rich history and scenic location between Washington, DC, and Richmond. I’m thrilled to help people sell and buy their homes in this awesome area! I’m passionate about technology and educating my clients through every step of the process so that they can make informed and confident decisions. For the last eight years, I’ve assisted many clients in sharing their home stories and embarking on the next chapter of their lives. I love combining my passions for marketing and photography to showcase properties to prospective buyers. Each home has a unique narrative to convey, and it’s my responsibility to bring that story to life! Before starting in real estate, I gained valuable sales and negotiating skills with a Fortune 500 corporation, owned and operated a successful local small business, and taught marketing and business classes. I use my experience as a business owner to provide exceptional client service, prompt communication, social media marketing techniques, and strong negotiation skills with my client’s best interests at heart. I love the challenges that come with a real estate transaction and finding creative solutions to help my clients achieve their goals. I love to spend my free time with my wonderful wife and two daughters. I enjoy taking photos of them while traveling to new places together. I played basketball at Mary Washington and continue to stay active with tennis and I am beginning to learn pickleball! I can’t wait to meet you soon!
