About Evan

I am a lifelong resident of downtown Fredericksburg and immediately started working in local real estate upon receiving my bachelor’s degree in Business Economics and Real Estate from Virginia Tech 6 years ago. Initially working as a retail leasing specialist, I listed over 500,000 square feet of retail space, but now focus on all areas of real estate in the Fredericksburg area, notably land and investment sales, and have completed over $20 million in sales in the last two years. I work with both institutional and regional property owners to implement successful leasing and sales strategies on all types of commercial, residential, and mixed-use properties. Outside of the office, I volunteer my time with the Fredericksburg Chamber of Commerce and the local Ducks Unlimited chapter. I love all the different things Fredericksburg has to offer and I look forward to helping you with any and all real estate needs.
