I pride myself in my passionate and heartfelt drive to serve my clients’ best interests. I am dedicated, knowledgeable, and committed to helping my clients buy or sell homes. My devotion and unparalleled customer service has resulted in a continuously expanding network of loyal clients and referrals. Passionate to my craft, I continuously seek to stay ahead of the game when it comes to market education and trends. I have been an agent since 2013 after a successful career in education that spanned over 30 years to include teaching, building level administration, and central office administration. I have lived in the Fredericksburg area for the past 35 years and know the region very well. As a graduate of Virginia Tech, I am a rabid Hokie fan and can often be found sporting orange and maroon attire. I have a B.S. in Marketing Education, M.S. in Career and Technical Education and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies. My greatest joy in life is my family. I am married to my lovely wife, Linda with whom I share 2 adult children and 2 grandchildren (nothing better than being a” Papa D”). We chose to raise our family here because of all the great attributes that this region has to offer. It is my belief that one should give back to the community and one's profession. I am currently a member of the following community organizations: Fredericksburg Rappahannock Rotary, Fredericksburg Health, and Support Services (FAHASS) Board, Bay Consortium Workforce Development Board (Immediate Past Chairperson), Partners in Aging (PIA) Board, and Fredericksburg Area Association of REALTORS (FAAR). I can be found volunteering in the area with the CMS Food Pantry, Micah Ecumenical Ministries, and other organizations from time to time. I bring to my clients a wealth of skills, experience, and professionalism that is unique in the profession.
