Hey there! I’m Brittani, a licensed REALTOR® serving Fredericksburg, VA since 2014. I’m more than just a real estate agent—I’m your guide through one of life’s biggest decisions, whether you’re buying, selling, relocating, or investing. My approach is optimistic but realistic, because real estate should feel exciting… not overwhelming. My goal is to make the process understandable, achievable, and yes—even enjoyable. Over the years, I’ve been honored with multiple awards including the Sterling Society with Coldwell Banker Elite, the Million Dollar Club with the Prince William Association of Realtors, and the Good Neighbor Award from the Fredericksburg Area Association of Realtors. Giving back is a huge part of who I am. I actively volunteer with community outreach programs, teach kids with special needs how to build theater sets through Step VA Inc., and proudly serve on the Board of Directors for Greater Fredericksburg Habitat for Humanity. Professionally, I specialize in first-time buyers and sellers, military relocation, out-of-state moves, investment properties, commercial rentals, and those “how are we buying and selling at the same time?” situations (don’t worry—I’ve got a plan for that). Outside of real estate, I’m a bit of a wanderer with a serious appreciation for good food and local experiences. You’ll usually find me traveling, tackling DIY home projects, trying one of Fredericksburg’s amazing restaurants (always happy to share recommendations), hiking local trails, paddle boarding, playing pickle ball, at the gym, or hanging out with my chickens—yes, actual chickens!
