About Bobby

Bobby was born with the passion of real estate thanks to his grandfather, Bob Warhurst, founder of Merrifield Garden Center. At a young age he taught him about the value of land, hard work and the importance of family. Those values remained core to Bobby as he grew up in Clifton, Virginia playing football, baseball and basketball and running around the neighborhood with friends. Bobby attended Centreville High School followed by James Madison University (#GoDukes) where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in Computer Information Systems. Bobby joined Coldwell Banker in the summer of 2018. Based out of the Fairfax, VA office, Bobby serves clients throughout the Northern Virginia and Washington,D.C. markets. His goal is make the process as easy and painless as possible,being a valuable resource and keeping his clients informed every step of the way. Prior to Coldwell Banker, Bobby started his real estate career with Avison Young, the fastest-growing commercial real estate services firm, as a Tenant Representation Broker specializing in office leasing throughout the Washington, D.C. metro area. Prior to Avison Young, Bobby worked as a Technology Risk Advisory Consultant at Deloitte, serving both federal and commercial clients across the country on IT risk consulting and audit engagements. When Bobby is not showing homes or working on contracts, he spends his time working at the business his late grandfather built, which is now one of the largest independent nurseries in the country with locations in Falls Church, Fairfax and Gainesville. At Merrifield Garden Center, Bobby helps customers add value to their homes by selecting plants and implementing landscape solutions to improve their home’s curb appeal.
