About Brad

Brad Shelton is a New River Valley native born and raised in Blacksburg, VA. A graduate of Blacksburg High School, he became a third-generation Hokie at Virginia Tech, where he earned his degree in real estate with a minor in property management. Brad is knowledgeable in the real estate industry due to working at one of the largest apartment complexes in Blacksburg and as a paralegal assistant at a local real estate law firm. He has experienced firsthand the growth and development of Blacksburg and has knowledge encompassing the entire New River Valley. Outside work, Brad enjoys spending time with family and friends, golfing, coaching, hunting, and attending sporting events at his alma mater. Brad looks forward to helping you buy or sell your next home.
