Overall, this chalet needs mostly TLC and paint, BUT these are some items that need immediate attention: the deck to the left of the front door is sagging (needs a new deck post), and as you can see from the pictures....the deck needs to be cleaned & treated/stained, plus paint is peeling in a couple areas.
