About Terry

Before starting real estate in 2006, Terry Rader spent 15 years as a corporate travel Regional Manager for American Express. The bulk of his day was spent negotiating vendor contracts, mostly with major domestic and international airlines and hotels, for a $250M portfolio which included The Washington Post, Fannie Mae, AARP, and Newsweek Magazine. Terry applied the seasoned skills he acquired from this experience towards real estate in order to work directly with people on a much more personal level. It was the best professional decision he ever made, and he feels continually blessed to help his friends, his clients and their friends and families, find their perfect home.
