About Lisa

Lisa Floryancic works with buyers, sellers and renters in many different areas of Virginia. Her specialties include the Parkfairfax, Fairlington, Shirlington, Del Ray and Old Town neighborhoods, and the Shenandoah Valley where she grew up. A licensed realtor in the state for over five years, and a 2021 member of the Executive Club, she is dedicated to meeting her clients’ needs and delivering satisfying results when it comes to their housing goals. Lisa relates to the Ralph Waldo Emerson quote that says: A house is made with walls and beams; a home is built with love and dreams.” As a homeowner herself, she understands that real estate provides not only a smart investment asset, but a place to build your life. Being attentive to her clients and listening to their wants and desires is integral in her personalized approach. Born and raised in the Shenandoah Valley, Lisa later resided in Connecticut for 10 years before returning to her home state of Virginia. She has lived in Parkfairfax for the past seven years. Prior to real estate, Lisa worked for various nonprofit organizations in administrative positions. She has keen organizational, interpersonal and multitasking skills that are invaluable in her brokerage career. Lisa studied many interesting things such as national travel, photography, journalism, and interior design. She is a both a notary and a notary signing agent, plus additionally works as a housing locator for a homeless shelter in Alexandria called Carpenter’s Shelter. Her favorite pastime is spending time with her longtime partner Brian, son and daughter-in-law, four grandchildren, and cat Jaxx.
