About Harry

Mr. Valcourt is a native New Yorker who has lived in Springfield Virginia for the last 15 years. He is married and has two children. He received his undergraduate degree from Queens College at the City University of New York. He went on to receive a Juris Doctorate degree from David A Clarke School of Law at the University of the District of Columbia. He has worked in the banking, insurance and federal contracting sectors and has served in the Air Force Reserve and Air National Guard.
