Welcome to one of the originals! This vintage A-frame is 16' x 16' and was built in the beginning of this mountain community on one of the largest, nearly flat properties with a view in the area. Nestled on one of the two lots that this property is, Lots 38 and 39, sold together as 6240 W Grizzly Lane. Rustic in nature, with wood stove heat and a potable kitchenette layout. Two twin beds in the loft and two futon sofas downstairs can sleep 6 comfortably. With ''outbuildings'' to complete the stage. Private, clean, comfortable outhouse. Kept up with the sawdust and ash composting technique. A separate shower house/changing room provides the ability to keep everyone fresh and clean for the stay. Last but not least, there is an original small log wood/tool shed for storage. There is enough room with this property of cleared areas to include at least four trucks and trailers in a horseshoe pattern around the fire pit. Not to mention the ability for numerous tents and smaller vehicles on top of that. Even including room for the growth of more bunkhouses/cabins, etc. With the ability to invite others, it is a hunter/gatherer's dream with plenty of space and personal privacy. So if you are a back-to-nature kind of person who enjoys the rustic camping feelings in the cool pine and aspen mountains or wants to share with others, definitely give this one a look. (Note; There is a water-holding tank available and a hot water on-demand system for the shower, but no information to share about those.) We have not used either, as we have never been able to stay more than just a few days to a week at a time, bringing fresh water when we do. Thank you for stopping in and giving this a look!
