This is an older house, having been built in 1922, however it is newly painted and has a lot of updating. The yard is fenced and has a large area fenced separated from the front yard for dogs, or whatever. It has all of Duchesne area utilities, water sewer, electricity, natural gas, as well has a hookup to the South Duchesne piped irrigation system, that included all of the water you can use for $20 a year, with an automatic sprinkler system.
