Views from all sides. This lot is spectacular & even has a driveway to a flat spot on top. This lot can be a perfect place for you to build when city water makes its way up to this area. There are no water rights so no well is possible so far. Building permits are only for land with city water now but with Brian Heads growth, its likely water will be brought up to Aspen in the future. Its a bit rough to drive there even in the summer months but I have been able to drive it many times, but not access-able without a snowmobile in the high snow winter months. The pics are good ,but you have to see this beauty soon & see the colors change.
