Location, Location, Location!!! It doesn't get much better than this. Across the street the city park offers volleyball, pickleball, basketball, a large pavilion for gatherings, a newly built playground and a pond that is stocked weekly. It's a short walk to the slopes/trails, the lodge and offers the ability to ski/bike directly to/from the front door. NO HOA's!!! Yes, you read that correctly. NO HOA's. Three years ago, the interior from studs out was completely renovated (new flooring, lighting, appliances, kitchenware, electronics, furnishings and re-painted). The exterior was re-stained at that time. Current owners have never used it as a rental, other owners in the 4-plex have & do extremely well. No issues with nighty rentals.
