About Kandace

Born and raised in the Midwest, after getting a BA in Communications at the University of South Dakota, I followed Greg, my husband to Waco, Texas. That was 38 years ago! I have had the pleasure of working with some of the finest people in Waco and after a long career in retail marketing and commercial property management, I am ready to help and work with and for YOU. Problem-solving is a passion for me. I have a strong work ethic, am persistent and love a challenge. Friends and family describe me as someone who has never met a stranger, only a new friend. My knowledge and experiences of having lived here most of my life gives me enthusiasm and a desire to make my home, your home too. When not serving clients, you’ll find me and Greg tending to our home and yard along with our Bichon - Rushmore, sharing dinner with friends or in the stadium cheering on the Baylor Bears.
