Frances is a fifth generation Wacoan and she and her husband Randy have loved watching her hometown grow. With a background in banking, advertising and marketing and design, Frances made a second career of buying, remodeling and selling her own homes. With her eye for design and knowledge of physical structure, she recognizes the things that make a huge difference in the value of a home. Her expertise gives her clients the advantage in marketing their home or finding their dream home. Her relationships and resources help clients smoothly navigate the home buying or selling process. By earning the National Association of Realtors Senior Real Estate Specialist designation, Frances has demonstrated the necessary knowledge and experience to counsel clients age 50 plus through major financial and lifestyle transitions in relocating, refinancing or selling the family home.
