About Dena

I am Dena Johnson Williams, a home-grown native of Waco, Texas. I attended Richfield High School (81) and graduated college from University of North Texas with a BS in dance (86). After completing college, my next move was to Los Angeles, California for 4 years where I danced and was a blackjack dealer. I have been beyond blessed to be a stay at home mom for the past 24 years to my 4 boys, Austin, Beau, Colby and Drake. It has been the most rewarding and fulfilling job in the world! During my days as a mom I also taught Zumba and was an adjunct professor at Baylor University teaching Dance Fitness in the HHPR department. That being said, I am 2 years away from becoming an empty nester and have decided to embark on a new career in real estate. Being from Waco I am very familiar with all neighborhoods and surrounding areas, including private and public schools. I am high energy, efficient, loyal, never meet a stranger and a great listener. I will use my knowledge of Waco to help Sellers maximize their value and help Buyers land in an area of town and in a home they will love!
