Dave decided to pursue his interest in real estate with Coldwell Banker after a successful 30 year career as a Lieutenant in the California Highway Patrol. Dave brings that same dedication, commitment, professionalism and loyalty to his new career. In 2002 Dave received his Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Management. With a combination of work and educational experience Dave possesses the knowledge to assist other individuals and families to pursue their “Home Ownership” dreams. After visiting Waco, Dave and his family fell in love with Texas and decided to move their family to the Waco Area. Now, Dave wants to share that same experience with others. Whether it is to list your home to sell or buying your first home, you can feel confident that Dave will work diligently to ensure you reach your goals.
