A native of West, Texas, Allison Sulak is a second-generation realtor who brings deep community roots and a passion for personalized service to every transaction. Growing up in a small town with rich Czech heritage, she learned the value of hard work and connection, working alongside her father in real estate and a family grocery store before launching her own career. For 12 years, Allison has served the Greater Waco Area, including Hill, Johnson, and McLennan Counties, helping buyers and sellers achieve their goals with creativity, resourcefulness, and white-glove service. Her background as a buyer’s agent gives her unique insight into selling even the most challenging properties, ensuring each client’s experience is smooth and successful. Outside of real estate, Allison is active in 4H, FFA, and the Historic Waco Foundation, and she enjoys managing her 50 acre farm with her two children, raising goats, chickens, and showing livestock locally and nationally.
