Licensed since 1995, I bring more than three decades of real estate experience, local market knowledge, and a calm, steady approach to serving buyers and sellers throughout Tyler and East Texas. Known for integrity, attention to detail, and a client-first mindset, I am committed to guiding my clients through every step of their real estate journey with clarity, care, and confidence. Having called Tyler home for more than 36 years, I offer strong local market insight and a genuine understanding of the communities I serve. Whether helping someone purchase their first home, sell a longtime family property, relocate, downsize, invest, or navigate the sale of an inherited property, I believe every client deserves knowledgeable guidance, honest communication, and personal service from beginning to end. My husband and business partner, Kenny, and I co-founded Williams Property Group at Coldwell Banker Apex, REALTORS®. We have both been licensed REALTORS® since 1995, giving our clients the advantage of two experienced professionals working together on their behalf. Our complementary backgrounds bring an additional layer of knowledge to the real estate process. I focus on client service, marketing, negotiations, and transaction management, and my previous experience as a Marketing Director in the title industry provides valuable insight into the title and closing process. Kenny brings more than 42 years of experience in the surveying profession, specializing in the oil and gas sector, and is a Registered Professional Land Surveyor licensed in Texas and Colorado. His expertise can be especially valuable when working with land and rural properties, acreage, property boundaries, easements, access, and surveys. I am actively involved in both industry leadership and community service through Women’s Council of REALTORS® East Texas and the Greater Tyler Association of REALTORS®. I was honored to be named the 2025 Women’s Council of REALTORS® East Texas Member of the Year, and giving back to the community we call home remains an important part of who we are and how we do business.
