About Karen

I have proudly served Tyler and the surrounding Northeast Texas area as a licensed realtor with Coldwell Banker for 17 years representing both buyers and sellers from First Time Home Buyers to Luxury Home Clients. I am a graduate of Texas A&M University with a BBA in Marketing. As a Military Mom, I am honored to serve our country's finest who have selflessly served us. I am well versed in the additional requirements of the Veterans Administration loan. In addition, I am a fifth-generation Texas Rancher with an active cattle operation in Van Zandt County on the same farm where my ancestors settled nearly 150 years ago. Through my love of the land and knowledge of agriculture, I have been able to help many farm and ranch clients purchase their dream properties and begin their family legacy. I am active in my community having served as a fifth-grade Sunday School teacher, Missions Friends leader, and past volunteer with the Women's Symphony League, Boys Scouts, and Girl Scouts. Currently, I am active with the Community Service Committee with our local MLS, a volunteer with the Tyler women’s Bible Study Fellowship, and a lifetime Quad Mom serving on its Scholarship Committee awarding over $21,000 last year to deserving Texas A&M Corps of Cadets. I enjoy spending my free time with my husband of 32 years, Carl, at the lake, attending Aggie football games, or traveling to visit our son or daughter.
