With a rich background in commercial real estate management and leasing spanning nearly three decades, Cheri' Brittain has seamlessly transitioned to the residential market, bringing with her a wealth of experience and a dedication to client success. A proud recipient of the San Antonio BOMA Manager of the Year award in 2021 and multi-year IMPACT awards from top Real Estate Companies, CBRE, Trammel Crow, and Cushman & Wakefield.  Cheri' has consistently been recognized for her exceptional service and commitment within the industry. Having begun her career in Commercial Highrise Management in 1994, Cheri’ earned her Real Estate License in 2008 and has since made a name for herself in the fast-paced world of real estate. Her expertise extends across Texas, where she is dedicated to serving her clients with honesty, compassion, and a strong work ethic. Cheri' believes that \"who you work with matters,\" and she strives to create meaningful relationships with her clients, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their real estate journey. As a devout Christian, she infuses her work with integrity and kindness, always putting her clients first. Residing in East Texas with her husband, a retired Aviation Chief for the San Antonio Police Department, Cheri' and her family attend East Delta Baptist Church. In her free time, she enjoys RV travel, embroidery, painting, and the avid study of eschatology; pursuits which reflect her appreciation for creativity, the natural world, and beyond.
