Having grown up in a military family, I have been in your position on more than one occasion. I fully understand the importance of buying or selling a house and creating a welcoming home. One of my very favorite things to do in real estate is to help clients stage their house for sale, which helps to ensure top dollar at top speeds! As a full-time resident of The Hills Above Possum Kingdom Lake since January 2013, I am actively involved in this development and throughout the Palo Pinto County area. I am an active member of the Possum Kingdom and Mineral Wells Chamber as well as the Mineral Wells Rotary Club. By degree, I am an exercise physiologist. I grew up in a medical environment, as both my father and grandfather were physicians. In the past, I have worked in cardiac rehabilitation and weight control settings and have been a personal trainer and an Aerobics/Pilates instructor. In 1995 I created my own wellness business called Healthier Living, Inc. I have always loved helping people achieve their own personal and professional goals. After spending 20 +years in sales, business, and customer service, I decided to take my business knowledge and combine it with my personal experience of buying and selling real estate and turn it into a career. Being connected in relationships has always been a high priority to me and I enjoy creating long-term relationships with people. I work hard to listen to people’s needs, discover who they are, and efficiently support them through the real estate process or any interaction I have with them. From contract to close, I pride myself on going above and beyond to make all transactions as seamless as possible. I have always been very active in giving back, not only in time but financially, to the community in which I live. That is why currently I donate 5% of every commission check I get to one of several non-profit organizations in addition to my local Mineral Wells church. The reason I chose the non-profits I did is because I have a special place in my heart for those children who have been dealt an unfair hand of cards in life and are living on the fringe of society in one way or the other. To offer hope in some way to those unseen children is something that I have been giving back to since I was a teenager.
