EXCLUSIVE BUYER’S AGENT As a licensed Texas Realtor since 2002, I have worked exclusively as a Buyer's Agent in the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office in Southlake. I specialize in upscale/luxury properties, both resale as well as new construction, primarily in the Southlake, Keller, Westlake, Trophy Club, Colleyville, Flower Mound and surrounding areas. MY PHILOSOPHY For approximately two decades, I have deliberately chosen a business model in which I work exclusively as a Buyer’s Representative. The philosophy behind this decision comes from a passion to serve buyers relocating from around the country. After relocating five times around the country with my husband and our two daughters, I will always remember the stress of analyzing various school districts and neighborhoods to find the best fit for our family, whether it be in the Pacific Northwest, the Midwest, the Northeast, or Texas. Based upon these experiences, I feel a strong kinship with fellow "relocatees" and their families and feel I might best serve my clients by working, tirelessly, to ensure a smooth transition to our area. Through all the market gyrations over these many years, I have stayed true to my business model and consistently remained a multi-million-dollar producer, winning annual production awards, including a 2022 designation into the President’s Elite Circle, recognizing the top 3% of Coldwell Banker agents worldwide and a 2021 designation into the International Diamond Society, recognizing the top 15% of Coldwell Banker Realty agents worldwide. Not all realtors would be able to specialize in buyer agency and generate enough volume to sustain this business model. My unique focus was only possible due years collaborating with wonderful former clients, friends and colleagues who have so freely recommended my services! ABOUT ME My husband and I have now lived in Texas (primarily Southlake) for more than 20 years. Our own daughters have grown, graduated, and are now married to fellow engineers but they continue to be grateful for the family-focused environment of their youth and the top-quality education they were able to receive in this area. Coupled with my experience as a top-selling buyer's agent in the Southlake office, I have a unique background as a former CPA with one of the country's largest public accounting firms which lends itself to providing intelligent, exceptional, and detailed service to my clients.
