About Kristin

I’m Kristin Wingard, a San Marcos, TX native and real estate professional passionate about helping clients confidently buy and sell homes. After returning to my hometown, I’ve stayed actively involved in the community through the San Marcos Education Foundation, Leadership San Marcos, and the San Marcos Area Chamber of Commerce, giving me strong local insight into the market. I hold a Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University and transitioned into real estate in 2020 after a career as a local funeral director. I was honored to earn Rookie of the Year in my first year and have since completed the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI), along with earning ABR and SRES certifications. As part of Coldwell Banker D’Ann Harper REALTORS®, I use proven strategies, local market knowledge, and a strong professional network to provide a smooth and successful real estate experience.
