A Jamaican born, who is a San Antonio–Schertz resident, military spouse, and experienced real estate professional, Sam combines deep local knowledge with genuine care for every client she serves. Whether helping a first-time buyer understand the process, guiding a military family through an out-of-state relocation, or advising a seller on how to position their home for top dollar, Sam is hands-on, detail-oriented, and fiercely protective of her clients’ best interests. Because she’s lived the challenges of frequent moves herself as a military spouse, Sam has a special passion for helping military families and anyone transitioning to a new community. She’s known for creative problem-solving, thoughtful advice tailored to each client’s timeline, and going above and beyond from recording virtual walk-throughs for out-of-state buyers to making sure every question is answered long after closing. When she’s not negotiating contracts or scouting the perfect home, Sam enjoys cooking, crafting, and spending time with her husband (a retired U.S. Marine), their young son, and  beloved dog. Her goal is simple: to make every client feel supported, understood and exited about their next chapter. Whether that’s selling their home, buying their first home, moving back to be near family, or finding the perfect Texas property to settle into for good.
