About Samantha

Samantha Soares, REALTOR®, is a real estate professional affiliated with Coldwell Banker D’Ann Harper, REALTORS®. Originally from Jamaica, Samantha moved to the US as a teenager. With two decades in customer service and sales, Samantha has skills that translate easily into the real estate industry. Samantha understands the real estate process as a military wife who has had to move around to many different states. She wants to be able to help other military families have an easy process of relocating. By becoming a real estate agent, Samantha now has more time to spend with her retired Marine veteran husband and Asir, her four-year-old son. When she is not crafting or cooking, she is active in her community and donates to the ASPCA. Samantha is excited to join the D'Ann Harper family and is ready to provide you with the best service in town!
