About Karen

Karen Zaldivar-Vasquez, REALTOR®, is passionate about helping people achieve their real estate goals. Having been born and raised in the Philippines and spending formative years in Guam, she deeply appreciates diverse cultures and backgrounds. After traveling and exploring various cities, Karen was drawn to the small community vibe San Antonio offers and has been proud to call it her home ever since. As a member of several Filipino and Guam Community Groups, Karen understands the importance of community and is an avid volunteer with her children's schools and other community partners. She believes in putting her client's interests first when practicing real estate. She strives to provide the best experience possible, whether purchasing or selling for the first time or expanding their portfolio. She constantly is improving her education and has earned the Military Relocation Designation (MRP) to help her clients further. Fluent in Filipino languages such as Tagalog and Ilonggo. Karen can connect with a broader range of clients and understand their unique needs. Honesty, transparency, and a guarantee to always put her client's interests first are essential.
