About Annette

Raised in the world of real estate, Annette Hodges-Brothers was inspired early on by her father, Broker-Owner of Isaac G. Hodges III & Associates, REALTORS®. Her first job as a teen was answering phones for his company, but her initial career path led to public service. With over 38 years of experience in child and family welfare, she developed programs and services for rural communities, earning her Master’s in Social Work along the way. Though life shifted her plans, the values of service, advocacy, and community stayed at the core of everything she pursued. When her father’s health declined, she stepped in to assist him—and rediscovered her passion for real estate. After earning her license, she had 18 cherished months working by his side before both her father and son tragically passed in 2020. Those losses refocused her purpose. She began applying her social work mindset—problem-solving, advocacy, and deep listening—to real estate, helping families make smart transitions. After gaining property management experience at a boutique firm, she joined Coldwell Banker D’Ann Harper, REALTORS® , where she found the structure, education, and support needed to grow her business and better serve clients. Now, she channels her expertise into residential sales across San Antonio and surrounding rural counties. Annette is fully dedicated to helping clients navigate change with compassion and confidence.
