Mark DeBerry has been a licensed Realtor since 2020 in the Corpus Christi area. Mark brings with him his negotiating experience of forty-plus years as a Project Manager where he successfully negotiated and executed contracts to the satisfaction of both the clients and contractors. Mark seeks to provide the highest possible standards of service and a thorough, analytic approach to every transaction for buyer and seller alike and goes the extra mile to help his clients. Mark graduated from A&M Corpus Christi with a BS in Geology in 2004, and A&M Kingsville with a BS in Agriculture in 1978. Having completed several major projects along the Gulf Coast of Texas, he has taken his knowledge of construction, inspection, and contract administration to homeowners and investors to acquire and sell property in the region.
