About Rex

After working in the film and television industry for thirty years, the catalyst for Rex Rhorer becoming a Realtor was buying his own home. “When I bought my own home and the experience wasn’t what I expected –the headaches and stress – I thought that if I could alleviate the stress and help people achieve that classic American dream of buying a home and becoming a homeowner, that would be such an awesome thing.”   He believes in a simple policy: treat people how you would like to be treated. He serves his clients with integrity, honesty and is proactive about setting expectations, clear communication, and addressing minor concerns before they become issues. Rex Rhorer distinguishes himself through his genuine caring and drive to work hard and diligently as a Realtor. Rex says that, “Seeing the look on someone’s face when they get the keys to their new house—sometimes their first house– is an amazing and satisfying feeling.”   Aside from selling homes and representing buyers, Rex enjoys spending time with his four sons, one daughter, and his wife, Kim, who is his best friend. He and his wife attend and serve at Calvary Chapel McKinney (Rex is a Board Member and Elder), where he is involved in the children’s, young adults', and marriage ministries.
