About John

John Negrila, REALTOR® comes to Coldwell Banker D’Ann Harper, REALTORS® with previous experience in business operations and customer service. John was a general contractor and owner of a construction company for nine-plus years where he operated with a team of twelve other individuals. While working to establish his career in real estate, John co-owns two assisted living facilities where he and his wife manage a team of caregivers to assist in the care of the elderly. John and his wife are also part of a networking marketing company where they are affiliated with and help recruit over 249 brand partners and customers combined in their network business. With his expertise in general construction and being a networking marketing professional, John believes he has what it takes to create a smooth transaction for the people he represents. His passion to explore real estate stems from the joy of discovering options and solutions for his clients while supporting a large milestone in someone's life. John gives back to the community by being an active member of his church, working with non-profits, and volunteering during the holidays. In his free time, John enjoys swimming, cross-country cycling, and photography.
