Born in Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico, and now a proud Naturalized U.S. citizen, Cecy understands the journey of transition and the importance of finding the perfect place to call home. With a bachelor's degree in accounting and a master's degree in career development and community counseling, Cecy brings a unique blend of skills to the world of real estate. Her experiences as an accountant, academic counselor, and high school substitute teacher, coupled with her active involvement in her community and church, reflect her dedication to service and her ability to connect with people from all walks of life. She is also a proud Navy spouse of 22 years.
