Large spring fed tank. Two other seasonal tanks. Recently built pen and loading shoot. Fenced for goats and sheep. Plenty of deer and doves. Open prairie land and heavily wooded land. A large hill in the back with a beautiful view of the countryside and sunsets. Currently leased to a local rancher who has sheep for grazing rights only, no hunting. Lease runs out end of year. He would like to stay on longer which would keep the AG exemption. Electric poles and wiring are available, power is not turned on.
