From a family of industry professionals, Tonya inherited a love for Real Estate while also developing a keen aptitude stemming from her sincere interest, knowledge, and experience in the industry. Tonya holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communications and Marketing from Angelo State University. She began her career as the Leasing and Marketing Manager for Angelo Place Apartments, a Lincoln Properties Company. After relocating to DFW in 2015, Tonya worked as a New Construction Sales Associate for Grand Homes. These positions paired with motherhood eventually led Tonya to becoming a REALTOR® . Her experience in new construction enhances representation for clients through the journey of building a new home. Likewise, her attention to detail and contract negotiations is a valuable asset to sellers and buyers alike. She brings an energy that keeps the transaction process exciting from start to finish.
