Very nice 3 lots located at Lake Brownwood in Harbor Point Addition and includes some improvements. Harbor Point is a great weekend destination to build a permanent residence. It's located in a quite subdivision with lots of wild life for viewing. Very reasonable HOA dues which includes a pool, play ground park, boat ramp and community garbage collection.
