Originally from Arkansas, Lanita has been a resident of the Brazosport Area since 1992, a graduate of Brazosport High School in 1994, UHCL in 2002 and Champions School of Real Estate on 2005. She is married, has 3 children, and one grandson. She offers an extensive knowledge about the area that will make buying and selling Real Estate a worry-free process. She has over 17 years experience in Sales and Marketing plus 12 years specializing in Real Estate. She is an award-winning Broker Associate with Coldwell Banker Realty and the previous Public Relations Committee Chairman for the Brazoria County Board of Realtors.
