As a real estate professional, I specialize in helping homebuyers navigate one of the most exciting and rewarding experiences of their lives. I'm proud to be part of The Koppe Group, alongside my talented mother, Lanita Koppe, who brings over 20 years of real estate expertise, and my brilliant sister, Ashley Perez, who has several years of experience as well. Together, we offer a team-oriented approach to real estate, providing personalized services for our clients and a deep knowledge of the market. My focus is primarily on the buyer side of transactions, ensuring that my clients feel confident and informed every step of the way. I’m also passionate about finance, which drives my commitment to helping clients make smart, sound investments. Currently, I’m pursuing my degree at the University of Houston’s Bauer College of Business and plan to graduate in the spring of 2026. Working for Coldwell Banker Ultimate has been an amazing experience, and I’m fortunate to have a supportive broker like Mindy Welch, whose guidance and understanding have been immensely helpful to my growth as a realtor. When I’m not working with clients or doing school, I’m spending time with my 7-year-old son, Liam, who has taught me the true meaning of perseverance, patience, and joy.
