Specialties Sellers, First Time Buyers, Military, Relocation, New Construction About Me: Since 2005, I have been living in the Central Texas area along with my husband and two children. I have also enjoyed being a part of this community. Being there for my clients to inform and educate them about the real estate market, allows them to make informed decisions as they step through the home buying process. Holding accredited designations such as Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and Military Relocation Specialist (MRS), I have a unique understanding of the local market and my experience allows me to provide a stress free environment along with great customer experience. I also provide my clients with a vast amount of social media and online exposure. While researching the market and acquiring the knowledge to purchase my first home, I developed a passion for real estate, and developed a career around helping others accomplish the same goal. My detail oriented approach and personable attitude is derived from my previous military career in construction and masonry, and education in architecture and drafting. Having an understanding of this knowledge allows me to better serve my clients in identifying potential property issues others might overlook. Outside of the real estate realm, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, learning new things, reading, jewelry making, dancing, and volunteering for Habitat for Humanity.
