The Three Star Ranch is the perfect family ranch! Located in the YO Ranchlands gated community, it includes +/-155 acres and is a true Hill Country Gem. It has a three bed / two bath 1822 square foot main lodge and a tastefully done two bed / one bath 1200square foot Barndominium Bunk House. Needless to say, the Three Star Ranch has plentiful game and harvesting opportunities. There are two wells on the ranch. One that serves the house and one that supplements the pond at the northwest corner of the ranch. The ranch is wildlife exempt through the YO Ranchlands CO-OP wildlife valuation plan. The YO Ranchlands community is monitored by a YO Security Marshall and has an integrated gate locking system providing further protection and peace of mind for all ranch owners.
