In 1996, my husband and I had the greatest opportunity to move here and begin our lifelong adventure, raising our 3 sons and building our Dream place. I can say that after 27 years, there were no regrets in putting our roots down in this, what was then a sleepy, retirement, lakeside town, was the best decision we made. The schools have grown, the population has really grown and this sleepy little town has definitely come alive. The warm people that I have met here and all the lifelong friendships are very much appreciated. Obviously with all the amenities available; like lake activities, golf courses, parks, hill country views, wineries, lake views and yes even magnificent canyon views, this is the place for me.
