All interiors have been updated with new flooring, windows(all but one unit), and crisp white paint. Stoves are in each unit. Each unit also comes with a window unit. There are two 2 BR units, four 1BR units, and three Studio units. There is an additional building that two additional units can be added. We have all the plans that have been approved by the city that we will include in the sale. The location is amazing. Please do not disturb any residents.
