About Cecilia

Experience and knowledge are what Cecilia Roberts brings to the sales associates! She has been a licensed Texas REALTOR since 2001. Cecilia was in sales from 2001 to 2007, where she was a successful real estate agent. In 2007 she began her career in management. Her experience enables her not only to hire and coach real estate professionals; but, also bring exceptional value to the sales agents. Cecilia is currently the Branch Manager in the Georgetown, Texas office. Her office serves Georgetown, Liberty Hill, Leander, Cedar Park, Burnet, Jarrell and surrounding areas, including Sun City in Georgetown, Texas. She cares about the sales associates and helping agents live exceptional lives! She is a fifth generation Austinite. Growing up in South Austin, and crossing the river in 1983, she has become a real estate expert in Central Texas. Cecilia has an extensive legal background working for named partners in some very large litigation and probate law firms in Austin, Texas. She gained a vast amount of legal experience and has utilized this experience in helping the office agents with compliance and better understanding of contracts. Cecilia says, "One of the most rewarding experiences is helping the agents achieve their business goals and become successful real estate agents. It is fun working with each of them and sharing their professional climb of their success. Each day is full of adventures and learning as each associate lives the life of a sales agent!" As the branch manager of the Georgetown office, Cecilia's major responsibility is offering development strategies to the independent sales associates affiliated with the office. Through this development, independent sales associates may enhance their productivity and profitability.
