About Mary

Mary is a highly respected and experienced real estate agent who has worked in the industry for close to two decades. It is the experience of working with different people that has kept Mary working in real estate for these many years. A “people person” she loves helping people to buy, sell and lease in Galveston County. Prior to working at Coldwell Banker TGRE, Mary worked for Galveston Island Real Estate where she had a focus on helping people buy and sell condominiums. Before she became a real estate agent, Mary was a registered nurse for 35 years and also worked as a high school educator. Both careers gave her customer service and problem-solving skills along with a great attention to details. A long-time Galveston county resident, Mary lived on Galveston Island for many years before moving to Texas City to be close to her son Mark and granddaughter Samantha. Married to husband Floyd for 42 years, the couple had three corporate moves to St Lous, Flower Mound near Dallas and Austin. In each city they knew no one and Mary said the realtors they worked with made a stressful time a lot easier. Those experiences inspired her own interest in real estate and are a good example of how a good realtor makes life easier for people – a philosophy she is committed to in her real estate consultancy.
