Neil Bowie, the team leader, graduated from The University of Texas at Austin, and served as a young man as a Petty Officer in the U.S. Coast Guard Reserves. Prior to entering residential real estate brokerage, he co-owned and managed a large lumber and construction materials distribution company for twenty-four years. His many years as a business owner honed the sales, marketing and negotiating skills that he has utilized in his 11-plus years in real estate. In addition to serving their Metroplex clients, Neil also assists buyers and sellers with farm and ranch properties in Clay, Montague, Cooke, Grayson, and Fannin Counties.
Susie Bowie, with over 11 years as an agent, is a "Staging and Showing Specialist" (Certified Home Marketing Specialist - CHMS) with a degree in Interior Design from The Art Institute of Dallas. Her creative flair and proven staging techniques and suggestions are an invaluable tool in helping clients prepare their homes to be marketed in this highly competitive environment. Mrs. Bowie spent most of her career as a designer of hotel interiors for a national hotel chain and as a sales representative for a local corporate caterer. Susie is a certified Global Luxury agent with experience and specialized training in the marketing of luxury price point properties.
John DiGiovanni graduated from Wayne State University with degrees in Business and Finance. He was a former corporate executive with several technology companies before embarking on a career in residential real estate 20 plus years ago. In addition to his time as an agent, John managed the top-producing Plano, TX. office for Coldwell Banker for 12 years and brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the group.
Jim Augustine is a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®), Dallas/Fort Worth Home Evaluation Specialist (HES) and New Construction Specialist (NCS) who has served on the Builder Realty Council and on the Board of Directors and Sales and Market Council for the Dallas Builders Association. In his four decades of experience in marketing, sales and construction, Jim implemented marketing plans for Fortune 500 companies and new construction projects, worked in radio and television advertising and was president and CEO of SouthCentral Media for 14 years.
