About Sydney

Coldwell-Banker Realty is pleased to announce the addition of Sydney Houran to The Erica Wells Team. Erica Wells noticed Sydney's ability to please customers, attention to detail and patience a few years ago, and has since nurtured Sydney's natural interest in residential real estate. Sydney is licensed to represent buyers and sellers in the State of Texas. Sydney says she is most excited to build lasting relationships with her future buyers and sellers. She hopes to be a great resource to other young adults. Sydney is 2020 graduate of Colleyville Heritage High School, Colleyville, TX and a full-time student majoring in Business and Hospitality Leadership at DePaul University in Chicago, IL. With her business based here in DFW, Sydney splits her time between the two-cities. She comes to The Erica Wells Team with previous award-winning sales and customer service experience.
