It is a house that needs some fixing up on a beautiful lot which behind it is a liveoak forrest. The tract also includes land stretching back into the liveoak forrest behind it. It is located in a wonderful small community and has very good well water and serviced by a very inexpensive electrical company, Central Texas Electric. Ths septic system was checked Jan 2024. Cherokee is located 20 minutes from Llano and San Saba and just east of Colorado Bend State Park.
