About Vann

Vann has been "THE TOP" realtor in central Texas for the past 9 years with close to $200 Million in sale volume, I am from Brownwood, and have served as president of the Early chamber of commerce for 5 of the 6 years I was on the board, Have served on Brownwood Chamber and many other boards in Brownwood and Early. I owned and sold R&S Industries, a multi-million dollar company that produced concrete batch plants for 15 years, my background is engineering and business. Vann is a graduate of Brownwood High School and has lived in Brown County most of his life. The ranch he owns and lives on has been in his family for over 130 years. Vann not only knows hunting and ranching but very much lives the life every day. I was raised hunting whitetail deer and wild turkey in and around Brown County Texas, and have been lucky enough to hunt and fish across the great state of Texas, around the county and even to Mexico and the Amazon river. The ranch land I currently reside on has been in my family over 130 years, and I farm and ranch and hunt on the land my great grandaddy hunted, ranched and farmed on!! Vann started R&S Industries with his partners back in 2001 and built the company from nothing into a multi-million dollar business that helped support the communities of Brownwood and Early. He served on the board and was President of the Early Chamber of Commerce. He also served on the board and coached Little League Baseball for many years. Vann was named as Business of the Year and Citizen of the Year. Vann has the experience in Real Estate and is a real estate specialist that is in business to help you thru buying or selling of any property, from a large working ranch, a small piece of hunting land, for hunting deer, turkey, hogs, ducks or residential home selling or buying and any commercial property.
