Finding a home that suited the needs of our family, but also matched my vintage style and interests was tricky. You can imagine, with four daughters and a husband who desperately needed his own space to escape, it was a pretty hefty task! With support from the right people, we ended up purchasing and relocating a 1933 home to the outskirts of Brenham. We saw the potential this home offered, and were able to renovate it to match our perfect style. We committed to rehab the original 1860's homestead on our property as well - all while getting our previous home into the hands of its new owners. Finding the right house, on the right property gave us the invaluable opportunity to raise our family and be a part of our growing community. It truly was the right fit.
